Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only if the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted. For size or preference-based issues, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days, include your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
What if I typed the wrong address when ordering?
Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once the package arrives back at our facility. Reshipping costs will apply.
My package never arrived. What should I do?
Email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will help track down the order or replace it depending on the situation.
Do I need to send the item back for a refund?
In most cases, if the issue is related to a defect or misprint, no return is required. A photo is usually enough.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because items are printed on demand, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please double-check the sizing charts before placing your order.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We cannot return or exchange items for sizing errors. You may place a new order with the correct size.
Are all items final sale?
Only items related to hygiene or safety (such as masks) are final sale. All other items may qualify for a replacement in case of a fulfillment error.
