Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Because every Life of Joï product is made to order, all purchase options—including standard purchases, preorders, and any future subscription-based offerings—enter production shortly after the order is placed. For this reason, cancellations work differently from traditional retail.

 

Order Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it immediately begins production.
• Because items are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified after they have entered production.

If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.
