Returns and Refund Policy

At Life of Joï, every product is made especially for you. We partner with our fulfillment provider to create your items on demand, which helps reduce waste and keeps our production efficient and responsible. Because of this, our return and refund guidelines work a little differently from traditional retail stores.


If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
We will review the issue and provide a free replacement or a refund. 

Simply email us at hello@lifeofjoi.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the problem

We will take care of the rest.


Returns for Size, Color, or Preference

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Preferring a different color or style

We encourage you to double-check our size guides and product details before placing your order.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will help you investigate and determine next steps.


Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, it will be routed back to our fulfillment facility.
Once it arrives, we will notify you and you may choose to have it reshipped. Please note that reshipment costs will apply.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Items that fall under hygiene or health considerations, such as masks or other sealed goods, are final sale.
