Shipping Policy

At Life of Joï, every product is made especially for you. We work with trusted print-on-demand and fulfillment partners to bring your orders to life with care and quality. Because of this, delivery times will include both production and shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed, it enters production.
  • Typical processing time is: 2 to 7 business days.

Some products may require additional time during high-volume seasons or due to the type of item, such as embroidery or specialty prints. We will always aim to produce your order as quickly as possible.


Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping time begins after your order has finished production.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–20 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

These windows include both production and shipping. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item type, and carrier pricing.
  • We do not add extra fees beyond carrier pricing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.


Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned because the address was entered incorrectly or is incomplete:

  • The package may be returned to our fulfillment facility.
  • If this happens, we will notify you.
  • You may choose to have the order reshipped (reshipment costs apply).

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve the issue.


International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.


Preorders, Limited Releases, and Seasonal Drops
Some items, such as special releases or preorders, may have longer production or shipping times.
Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
